Bio

I am a ceramic artist living in Tallahassee, FL, where my fiance is pursuing a PhD in writing at FSU. I first began work in ceramics three years ago while finishing an MFA in writing at the University of Notre Dame. Since then I have devoted myself ever more exclusively to clay and, this coming fall, I will begin a new MFA in Studio Art at FSU.

Though I am attracted to all aspects of ceramics, my current artistic focus is on large-scale figurative sculpture, while commercially, my Palm Sized Pets have proven most successful.

I have found my experience with Etsy highly rewarding (particularly reading the positive feedback from happy buyers) and I look forward to being an active member of the Etsy community for years to come.
