I first became interested in handmade soap about five years ago during a trip to Alaska where I bought several bars as gifts for my friends back home. Sadly for most of my friends, I ended up keeping most of it and using it myself. Fortunately, I've made it up to them by giving them countless soaps and experiments that I could never have used up all by myself.

I use only vegetable oils in my soaps, never animal fats like lard or emu oil. Technically, most of my bars are vegan, though I don't market them as such. I do use honey, goats milk, or beeswax in some products, but will always list them.

**CUSTOM ORDERS**

I love custom work. It's always so inspiring to hear other people's ideas for what they would like to see for a special event or occasion. Examples of custom work might include:

Wedding Favors
Themed holiday gifts/gift sets
Fundraisers
Baby Showers
Real Estate Closings
Company Gifts

**Please keep in mind that all soap projects need to be planned well in advance due to the 6 week minimum cure time.**

Large custom orders may be subject to a set up fee. If you have a general idea, I can certainly help with the details and work with you on developing your final product. Please convo me to set up your custom project.

Gift sets are available in a wide price range. You can either pick the products you want in the set or give me a price with which to create a gift basket for you. I will also ship gifts to third parties with a note card to say that it's from you.



**PAYMENT OPTIONS**

I accept PayPal. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, send me a convo and I can accommodate you. If you decide to cancel an order, please do so within 3 days, as no cancellations will be accepted once the product ships. Orders will ship within 2 buiness days after receipt of payment. **SHIPPING**

Shipping costs are hard to predict since the weight and size of the package can vary so widely. I send via the USPS unless you request otherwise. In general, it costs about $2.00 to send a single bar of soap in a padded envelope priority mail. I will ship USPS priority/first class unless you prefer otherwise.

Also, I am a believer in reusing and recycling packaging, so it's likely that you will receive your item in a box or envelope that has been previously used and I ask that you do your best to either reuse it or recycle it.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**

I will ship internationally. As of now, I only have shipping prices listed for individual bars of soap, however depending on the size of the order, the shipping can vary drastically. So, if you'd like to order, please convo me so that I can get an accurate shipping rate for you or place you order and convo me before sending payment. Thanks!

**RETURNS**

The only real steadfast policy I have on retuns is that I do not accept them after 30 days of purchase. Beyond that, I deal with returns on an individual basis. My general policy is that I want you to be happy and am willing to work with you if you are unhappy with my product for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please convo me as soon as possible.
