I am currently a Junior at Western Michigan University, studying Aviation Maintenance Technology. I also carry the rank of Specialist in the Michigan Army National Guard. I began studying art at the Southwest Michigan Visual Arts Academy in June 2004. Under the guidance of Academy Director Kirk Lowis, I developed a strong passion for the fine arts. In additon, the unwaivering kindness and dedication of Mr. Lowis and Board Member Jamie McCarthy gave me the kills and desire necessary to create unique and expressive pieces.
