Bio

I am the very happy (translate busy/stressed) stay at home Mom to 4 beautiful (read rambunctious) children, 5 cats, a bunny, guinea pig and bearded dragon. Did I mention my brother lives with me too? So yeah, basically I run a zoo. In my free time (what's that??) I crochet and paint. My dolls seem to end up here :) They are made with lots of love (who doesn't love free time?!) and are inspired by all the great things my kids make me see about life that I would otherwise miss (Hey Mom! Did you know that one of the most persistent myths about the polar bear is that a hunting bear will cover its black nose while lying in wait for a seal. The legend is widespread among native hunters. Canadian biologist Ian Stirling has spent several thousand hours watching polar bears hunt. He has never seen one hide its nose, nor have other scientists.) I also love cheese. And dolls.
