hello everyone,
thank you for patiently waiting and for all the sweet notes about the birth of our second child. i am so thankful for the many friends and customers that i have made on etsy in these last couple years. it has been quite a ride, setting up shop watching a creative outlet turn into a full time job. i can only look back on last year and smile feeling the sense of accomplishment with my own two hands.

in the meantime, i have gone back and forth with the exact time that i would plan to reopen. i felt i could a few months after giving birth, but then i realized the transition with my oldest was a little more difficult than expected. now that i am getting more sleep, i feel capable of handling a bit more responsibility, but i don't feel the timing is quite right yet.

i am realizing that the precious time from birth to preschool is so short and maybe the fulfillment of my own creative yearnings might need to go on the back burner until i feel released. so, with that said, i am still not certain to when i will be reopening, but i do know this- i will be back. :) it might be a matter of hiring several people and getting organized in the future.

for those who have been waiting for me to reopen for a certain custom piece, my advice is to take advantage of the many talented etsy sellers for the time being. if you decide to wait, then thank you for remaining so loyal. my hope is that it will definitely be worth your wait!
