Bio

I have been creating jewelry as a hobby for about 5 years. My inspiration comes from the natural world, as well as from industrial objects. I find the colors and textures of a rusty old metal grating as interesting as a tall graceful stalk of bamboo.
I began working with sterling silver and other metals, and have recently begun experimenting with bakeable clay and resins. Visit my blog at mauralane.wordpress.com.

All items I sell are designed and created by me. Much time and effort has been invested in the creation of original designs and works of art.
I retain copyright over any item created by me, as well as over images of these items displayed anywhere on the web. Resale of my work is not permitted.

Images
Differences in computer screen displays may cause image color to be different than actual color. I have done my best to describe the dimensions and appearance of each piece.

Payment
I accept money orders, personal checks and PayPal. I will wait for a personal check to clear the bank before shipping an item. If I have not received payment or had any contact from buyer in 48 hours, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted.

Packaging
Your order within the US will be shipped in a padded envelope with extra bubble wrapping. If this item is a gift, the invoice can be left out of the package and mailed separately to you at your request.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped via First Class Parcel(1 - 3 days) unless otherwise specified. Shipping fee listed includes insurance. Orders will be shipped to the address specified by you during Etsy checkout. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Please contact me before submitting payment if you desire another form of shipping. Options include:
Priority 2-3 days $4.60 (2 days, includes insurance)
Express 1-2 days $16.25 (overnight, includes insurance)

I'm sorry, I do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns
I will accept a returned item in original condition for a full refund of item price within 7 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Please contact me right away if you are unhappy with any purchase, and I will make every effort to resolve the problem.
