Bio

My name is Helen Henley and I am a stay-at-home mother of two who makes bags and other fabric goods in her spare time. I'm based in Slough, Berkshire, in the UK.

I make all my items at home using a combination of fabrics, some designer and vintage. This shop is basically an outlet for the things I make as I can't resist buying beautiful fabrics and need to put them to use instead of hoarding them!

My creative process usually begins with me falling in love with a certain fabric. Then there are usually hours of draping and arranging and thinking before I have an idea for the perfect project and cut into the fabric for the first time.

My patterns are all hand-drawn by me and each piece is carefully assembled. My bags are all interfaced to provide structure and to hold their shape.

I am always happy to take on custom orders, so please do convo me if you'd like something made for you.
