Eclectic, diverse, varied. Torn between a bio that is 100% professional or one with some real personality. The little voice says go for personality. My name is Leslie Du Fresne and I make things. Lots of things. Mostly what you will see here is jewelry—for now--yet I am quite adept in many areas from sewing to cooking. The best thing in the world for me is to be able to look at something and see the potential in it. Whether it is a bead, a piece of packing material or some tidbit in the hardware store, I can see it made into something new and fresh. I have been making and selling fun jewelry to delighted friends and associates for many years. One of my many jewelry-making specialties includes recycling and reworking your existing jewelry pieces. Your old mateless earrings or broken bracelet can find new life with the help of my creative vision. I have a keen eye for detail, color, balance and harmony with a little humor thrown in for good measure. It is my distinct pleasure to be able to share my enjoyment for making things with you.
