Crafted of .999 fine silver (PMC, finer than sterling silver), each Monsoon Artisans pendant is carefully sculpted and burnished, one at a time, all by hand.

Monsoon Artisans is husband and wife team Daniel and Beth Sobel. Together, they see each pendant through the crafting, from idea to finished product. This handcrafting process creates truly original jewelry; just like the wearers, no two pendants are ever completely alike.

We hope that these pendants will be to you what they are to us; talismans of love, hope, and inspiration.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

We never use stamps, patterns, molds, printed images, or tracing to make our products. Each design is completely hand done, from the inscribing to the forming of the pendant.

We us only .999 fine silver, which doesn't oxidize and darken like sterling silver. Because it doesn't have the .085 of copper mixed into it like sterling, however, it is softer, and unsuitable for some (thinner) rings. As such, we only make pendants at present.

All of our pendants are made from PMC, which is particles of fine silver suspended in an organic binder. The PMC is shaped by hand and heated to 1600 degrees F. The binder burns away and the silver fuses, leaving .999 pure silver.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

We ship all our items via USPS Priority Mail, which averages 2-5 days in the US and 5-9 days outside of the US. We ship within one business day of your order, unless a notice is posted on our shop. We will send you a delivery confirmation number and a shipping notification email as soon as we ship. We aren't able to send tracking numbers for orders outside the US unless you'd like to pay for USPS Express Mail shipping (usually about 20-40$).

If there is a problem with your order, please convo us. We want our customers to be happy and will work to be sure you are! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We take full payment up front for custom orders. However, if you are unhappy with your custom order once it is finished, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price.

Custom orders are a three step process. First, you send us your ideas. Second, we send you sketches and you have the opportunity to correct them. Once the sketches are to your liking, we'll put up a listing and you can pay. Third, we'll make your necklace.

Our necklaces can't be altered once they are made, so it is VERY important that the sketches be right BEFORE we begin the process. It is also important to remember that as all our pieces are handmade, some small variations from the sketches will occur. We will only sell you a piece that we feel matches the sketches as much as possible.
