My jewelry art has been a journey of learning levels, starting with the oldest form of cold working metals, to hot glass lampwork beads, glass fusing, and metals fabrication. My favorite works are those in which I have created all elements in the piece. Flameworking glass into colorful components, and silversmithing or wire working those into jewelry is a delightful journey. Equal to the thrill of the process is making something that others want to wear over and over again.

Each year I explore into new techniques or venues that bring a fresh element to my work and expand my knowledge base. Over the past 14 years, this has led me through a progression of very manual cold forming work through molten glass and metals. The depth of skill and technique in jewelry-making will keep me engaged for many years to come.
