I have been a self-taught Jewelry Designer for 5 years.

I, like many people, cannot wear a lot of metal earrings. I heard about Niobium when I started making copper jewelry and decided to test it. I made a simple pair and wore them for a month straight. There was no color change to the metal or my skin or irritation of any kind. Niobium is the most comfortable metal I've ever worn.
