If there's something wrong with your item when you recieve it (this only applies to items I have made and not to VINTAGE, please read below) please contact me as soon as possible and I will do what I can to rectify the situation. Your happiness with your purchase is just as important to me whether it cost $10 or $100! In the case of me having sent the wrong item, I will offer a full refund along with the cost of returning the item to me.

If you've changed your mind and you're not really feeling it (sometimes you just can't tell until you've tried it on!) a full refund is a-ok, minus the cost of shipping.

VINTAGE: I state all measurements in the listing, so please check these are correct for you before you buy. Items described as vintage have been used and worn before and as such are rarely flawless - I will do my best to describe all the faults, such as tears, loose stitching, stains or holes, that I can see. I may miss something very minor when I inspect an item, such as a pinprick hole or a loose thread, but this is the nature of vintage clothing; it will never be perfect. I can only add 5 images to a listing, so if you want more detailed photos, I'll send them in a convo, just ask! Therefore please note; that all sales on vintage items are final. However, if you feel an item has been grossly misrepresented, please convo me and I'll see what I can do.

Boring stuff: Postage is just for standard shipping, (no recorded, insured, signed for service at this price)... I can send items as insured if you request it, but this can be very expensive. (I don't know if you'd want to pay $15 shipping on $10 item!) However it's an option if you want it, and I'd recommend it on expensive items, just convo me first and I'll adjust the P&P price. I keep all reciepts to prove I've sent orders out, so I cannot accept responsibility if something gets lost in the post. In my experience stuff rarely does go walkabout, but I have to cover all bases!
I post once weekly, usually Friday or Saturday.
