Bio

My dog Pepe was a Chihuaha-Fox Terrier cross, who resembled a jaunty, little kangaroo-rat-alien. Many people called him ugly…and smelly…but I called him one-of-a-kind, and mine.

My Dog Pepe designs are fun, unique, bold, funny, irreverent and most certainly not to everyone’s tastes. Just like my dog, Pepe.

Brooke, the creator of MyDogPepe brings a sense of fun to each and every piece and hopes to bring a smile to the faces of people around her.

Brooke lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and anchor, Ben, and is currently pleading with him to get another dog. Who will be named Gherkin. Or Pickle. We’re not quite sure yet.

~~PAYMENT POLICY~~

I accept payment via Paypal, where you may pay using your Credit Card or by logging into your Paypal account if you have one.

Australian buyers who wish to pay using Direct Debit, please contact me for details, as I am more than happy to accept this form of payment from local buyers.

Please note that payment should be made immediately when purchasing, by clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button. If payment is not received within 48 hours I will contact the buyer, and if no response is received within an additional 48 hours I will need to cancel the sale and re-list the item.


~~SHIPPING POLICY~~

I visit the Post Office every 2 days at a minimum and will have your package of Pepe-ness shipped within 48hours of payment.

I ship both internationally and within Australia using Australia Post. Items shipped internationally should arrive within 12 business days, and within Australia you can expect to receive your parcel within 4 business days. If you have not received your package after the expiration of these timeframes, please convo me.

If you would like your goods in a hurry, please contact me to work out express shipping costs.

**PLEASE NOTE**
In order to keep shipping costs manageable, parcels are not insured, nor are they sent via Registered Post (and therefore not trackable). Should you wish to use either/both of these methods to ship your goods, please convo me prior to payment, and be aware that this will increase the price of shipping your purchase.

**CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES**
Please be aware that I am not responsible for any customs fees or other such duties that could be charged on your parcel by your country’s officials. If you have any queries about this, it would be best that you contact the customs organisation in your country.

~~RETURNS POLICY~~

I stand behind the quality of my products 100%. If you feel that I have misrepresented the nature of your product, or if the item arrives damaged, you must contact me via etsy within 21 days of shipment. After we have been in touch, the item will have to be returned to me, at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer opts to not have the item repaired or replaced, I will issue a refund immediately.

**PLEASE NOTE**
It is the nature of resin to capture miniscule air bubbles around embedded items. This is not a fault of the product, but a characteristic of resin itself. If a piece has obvious or severe bubbles, I will make note of it in the item description and discount as appropriate.
