Bio

I love making things and have always considered myself a crafter… or craft dabbler at least. I love reading, smiling, poems, coffee, turquoise, family, vintage, white water rafting, high heeled shoes, beautiful patterns, letterpress, totes, and shiny things.

I’ve often joked that I’m a scrapbook collector rather than a scrapper. I rarely have the time to fill a whole scrapbook but I buy beautiful stickers, pretty ribbon, and cute brads and then they sit, waiting for me to use them. My oldest son’s baby book is still unfinished and he’s almost seven! To make matters worse I buy duplicates of things all the time because I forget that I have them. Until, that is, a friend showed me how to make an origami scrapbook and I was hooked. Not only can I make them and have been for years, I can actually fill them!!! A fact that I‘m still excited about- I get to use all the pretty things that I’ve collected and see the faces of the people when I give it to them and they have to rave because it was hand made…by me :)
