Bio

I graduated from art school with a toddler and a degree in printmaking. I waited tables after; then got a job copying and assembling user manuals for pneumatic conveying systems. I was burnt on art and focused on survival. 12 years later and I still have a lot to learn, but I’m creating work and starting to show again.

My goal for 2oo9 is to show in 10 new venues. My scheduled exhibits:

Favorite Materials

my studio is my kitchen table and a piece of the construction workshop so i tend to work in oil paints and small linoleum blocks these days, manageable materials and sizes in our intimate space, i love traditional printmaking papers but have been experimenting with nontraditional papers like dress patterns and vellum, wallpaper, water soluble block and relief inks
