Thanks for reading my profile!

I work full time in health care, but a good portion of my day is spent dreaming about crafts! Working yarn and fabric by hand is so comforting. My dad taught me to make my first chain stitch as a wee girl, and I owe my sewing skills to my mom (who made a lot of my clothing as a child). I love taking something from my imagination and bringing it into the real world.

All items are lovingly made in a smoke-free environment. Inquiries about special orders or custom items are always welcome - convo me! If you like something that is reserved or already sold, let me know and we'll work something out.

PAYMENT: PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Please note that a PayPal account is not required for credit or debit card payments through the PayPal web site. Prompt payment is much appreciated! If payment has not been received within 3 days of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel your sale.
If you would like to make other payment arrangements (including trades), please convo me!
Texas Residents: A mandatory 8.25% sales tax will be automatically added to your purchase total through Paypal.

SHIPPING: Once payment has been received, I will contact you with your ship date. I make every attempt to ship items within 48 hours of purchase. All orders are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic items are sent First-Class Mail. International orders are mailed First-Class Mail International. These services have been chosen in order to keep your shipping costs low. Please keep in mind that shipping fees help to cover postage, packaging, and transportation costs associated with mailing your order.
Any upgrades or additions to shipping, tracking, insurance, or confirmations must be arranged with me at the time of purchase and paid for by the buyer. Please note that USPS and other mailing system delays are beyond my control. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. I also cannot be held responsible for the policies, fees, duties, or delays related to Customs processes in other countries.
Please be sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not match, please clearly state where you would like your item shipped at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: I sincerely hope you will be happy with your purchase! If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact me first to work out a solution rather than leave negative feedback.
If a refund is necessary, items must be returned to me unused and undamaged within 2 weeks of purchase. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
