Hello, everyone, and thank you for visiting the online nest of Strange Bird! My name is Sarah, I am twenty years old, and I am studying to be an opera singer. I work at the Gap, but I hope to be able to quit soon, and focus on my crafting and singing. *Store Policies*

PAYMENT - I accept payments via Paypal and US Money Order. If you plan on paying with a US Money Order, please contact me when you make a purchase, so that I know to expect payment via "snail mail." I expect payment to be received within a week of purchase, and if it is not, I will contact you to see what the situation is. If I do not receive a response, I will re-list the item, and leave negative feedback for non-payment; however, I am always willing to work with you if there are extenuating circumstances.

SHIPPING - I ship everything within three days of purchase, but if you need express shipping, or would like insurance on your item, please contact me before paying so I can send you an adjusted invoice. I am happy to ship internationally, but please be advised that it may take up to two weeks to receive an item outside the North American continent.

RETURNS - I will be happy to accept returns for any reason. If you plan on returning an item, please contact me to let me know what the problem is, and whether or not it can be solved, before sending the return. Damaged or defective items will be refunded completely - all other returns will be refunded the purchase price only (minus the shipping costs).
