RENAE PERRY



BIO:

I am a self-taught artist who sells my work in local exhibits and on my website, www.renderings.etsy.com. I also have my work on display year round at le Poire Fine Art Studio and Gallery in Crafton. Most of my work is mixed media including ink, paper, fabric, paints, etc. I also sell artisan jewelry.

ARTIST STATEMENT:



My work is abstract and usually based on a current emotional state. The images are intriguing and allow the viewer to take away from the piece their own interpretation. Most pieces are completed quickly and are experimentations with a variety of media. Intricate black Ink work is predominant along with torn paper, smeared and running paint.
