Bio

As a child growing up in Northern CA, my mom gave me the constant admonition to "do something productive!" My room was littered with short stories, poems, coloring books full of colors and piles of drawings and construction paper reproductions of the ocean, the sun, hearts and flowers - many, many hearts and flowers - as expressions of what was alive in my soul (my pink fuzzy) at the moment.

As an adult living in Tucson, AZ, my house is littered with half-written novels, poems, sketch books full of color, and piles of drawings/paintings/collages of the ocean, the sun, hearts and flowers - many, many hearts and flowers - as expressions of what is alive in my soul (my pink fuzzy) at the moment.

My "something productive" continues to evolve as I learn new tricks, techniques and combinations of random found materials to create altered art for the soul.
