Welcome to Jill's Jems. I'm Jill aka BeadingMommy. I have a wonderful hubby,six year old son and a four year old yellow lab. After encouargement and support from friends and family, I started selling my jewelry and giving workshops. I am looking forward to expanding my business. **SHIPPING:
All Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation! Every order will be carefully wrapped. I combine shipping and I ship worldwide please be sure to inquire about rates. All items get mailed within 48 hours of receiving payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I can make pieces in whatever size you would like. I enjoy making custom pieces and love a challenge. If you do order a custom piece I will take a photo and e-mail it to you before sending it out. I will do my very best to make your custom piece as you would like.

RETURNS:
PLEASE! If you feel the items you receive are not what you expected, you may return them in excellent condition within 7 days for a refund. You must contact me before returning an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
If the item is received damaged, contact me so I can make arrangements to replace it for you.
I package all of my work using bubble wrap, etc. so you can be assured you'll receive it in excellent condition.


CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY:
I take pride in the quality of my work and of the materials that I use. I assure the construction of my pieces. I do not recommend wearing your jewelry while taking a shower or swimming.
Sterling Silver does tarnish over time and will need to be cleaned. I recommend cleaning with a silver polishing cloth that is pre-treated with a polishing agent works wonders.

Sizes and colors :
I try my very best to give you an accurate measurement. However, all sizes are approximate and subject to slight differences.
I try to photograph all of my beads in the most natural light possible but all monitors are different so a slight variation is to be expected.
