Bio

Each piece of jewellery has been designed and handcrafted with care by me, Joanne Tinley, using sterling and fine silver, gemstones and artisan lampwork beads. Many pieces are exclusive one-off items, others are limited edition or made to order. Commissions are welcome, so please do contact me if you wish me to create your own unique piece of Daisychain Jewellery.

I opened my shop here on etsy in March 2008, but I have been selling my work in galleries, at craft shows and via the web since 2002. More information about my jewellery can be found on my blog at www.daisychaindesignsjewellery.blogspot.com

Shipping:
Orders are sent out within 3 business days of payment, usually the same day unless they are made to order or personlised items. Parcels within the UK with Royal Mail 1st and for all other destinations I use airmail. If you would like insurance please convo me to arrange this before sending payment.

All of my jewellery is wrapped securely in tissue paper, placed with a care leaflet inside a presentation box or bag and then posted in padded envelopes or sturdy boxes. Some of the latter may be recycled. If you wish, I can also include information on the materials used, for example, information about the gemstone properties. Please let me know if you wish this to be included.

Daisychain jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months. If your jewellery requires repair within 3 months of purchase then please contact me immediately to organise it's free repair or replacement. Repairs can usually be carried out after this time but a small charge will be made to cover the repairs and shipping.
