Materials:
The garments I create are made form vintage, recycled and sustainable fabrics. The t-shirts I use to appliqué, dye or print on are made in Melbourne under the ‘No Sweat Shop’ label. I choose to use these fabrics in an attempt to make the environmental footprint of my business lighter, and also to avoid the use of materials produced using sweat shop labour.

Custom Orders:
While most of my garments are one-offs, custom options are often available. If you have seen something that you like, I may be able to make it up to your specifications if I have the fabric in stock. Please contact me if you are interested in discussing a custom order.

Sizing:
I aim to provide as much information as possible regarding sizing for each garment. However, if you have further questions or need more information, please contact me.

Payment:
I accept both PayPal and money orders. For Australian customers, I accept Direct Deposit (please contact me for DD details). I also combine postage, so if you have ordered more than one item, please wait for a revised invoice. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Postage:
I use Registered Mail to track both Australian and International Orders where requested, otherwise standard surface mail is used. I mail the same or next day once your payment has cleared. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is in the mail.

Returns:
I recommend your try your garment for fit as soon as possible after it arrives. Returns due to an incorrect fit will only be accepted on the proviso that the garment is in a clean, unworn condition, and that I have been advised of any problems within 14 days of receipt of your order. The price of the garment will be refunded to you, minus postage costs. A full refund will apply if you feel the listing was inaccurate.

I pay close attention to detail during the construction of each garment. However, please contact me within 30 days if you discover a fault, or if your purchase develops a problem you consider beyond normal wear and tear. I will work with you to come up with a solution you are happy with; full refund, store credit, repair, or replacing the item. For faulty items, postage will be incurred by me.

Please consider your purchase carefully. While your money can be refunded for unsent paid items, a $5 fee will apply (this covers my time and banking fees). After your order has been sent, returns will not be accepted due to a change of mind.
