STORE POLICIES

PAYMENT:
People St. Clair accepts payments through PayPal. Whether you have an account with PayPal or not you can make a safe and secure payment for your order electronically. Orders will be shipped once PayPal payment has been received.

ITEM LISTINGS:
all stationery listings will show that one item is in stock. if you would like to order more than what is listed please send a convo and a custom order will be created for you.

SHIPPING:
people st. clair ships all orders using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. orders can be sent overnight or using alternate shipping vendors at the clients request and expense.

if you have any questions regarding shipping charges, carriers etc., please feel free to send a convo to me prior to order placement.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
The shipping address that is provided by PayPal is the address that will be used when shipping your order unless otherwise noted. if you request to use an alternate address please include this information in the order details or contact me prior to placing your order.

RETURNS:
people st. clair does not accept returns for custom orders. If there is an issue {damage or wrong product received} with your order once it is received please contact me so that we can correct the issue immediately.

CUSTOM ORDER:
yes people st. clair can customize all the items listed in our shop. Many of our products are customized and other designs that are listed in our shop can be easily customized when requested. if you are interested in customizing your items please include your customization details (names, colors, font choices) in your order details.

if you would like a completely customized design please send us a convo with your design idea and we will be happy to work with you.

*please note that some custom orders have specific production time line. We will inform you on those time line based on the type of custom order that is placed. just convo us if you have questions.
