Welcome to Vintage Body Spa LLC, where we are committed to bringing you natural, PARABEN-FREE spa products that enable you to have a luxurious spa experience right in your own home. We are a family owned business, dedicated to serving our customers with the highest levels of honesty and integrity. We are committed to your satisfaction!

We accept major credit cards via PayPal (you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method). Payment is due within 3 business days, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon.

MANUFACTURING CONDITIONS: We create all of our products in a smoke free environment. All equipment is sterilized before each use to maintain product integrity.

ANIMAL TESTING: None of our products are tested on animals at any time.

PROCESSING TIME: Our items are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Our turnaround time is approximately 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Please note that there may be times when this turnaround time is longer due to a large volume of orders (such as the holiday season). If there will be delays in processing your order, we will notify you right away. If you need your order expedited, this is available for a small fee. If you have any questions about this or any other policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS: Our products are handmade, with only natural ingredients, no parabens (nasty preservatives). Our products have a shelf life of approximately 6 months. To obtain a long shelf life, we recommend you keep the product sealed in its original container and stored in a cool, dark and dry location. Keep water out of the products to ensure a long shelf life.

SHIPPING: We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We will combine items to save on shipping - you will need to wait to receive an updated invoice before sending payment. We will certainly use a flat rate box if that is the most affordable shipping method. Packages do NOT include insurance. We recommend you pay the little bit extra to have your package insured. We are not responsible for lost packages.

SALES TAX: All orders purchased and shipped to a Kentucky address will be charged 6.0% sales tax.

WHOLESALE: Vintage Body Spa is currently accepting wholesaler applications. Please convo us or send an email to wholesale [!at] vintagebodyspa.com for prices and policies.

RETURNS: Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. Please make sure you are satisfied with the items you want to purchase prior to submitting your order. If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know right away and we will correct it.
