Rosaries hold wonderful inspiration for me. In the Catholic faith, a rosary is not simply a strand of beads but so much more. Everyone who prays a rosary prays to God in unison, united in his light. God’s loving light has helped and continues to help me overcome my challenges, and it is my simple hope that my rosaries and chaplets will help others find that same light. I enjoy knowing that my rosaries and chaplets will be used by people all over the world. I feel a kinship with my customers because I pray the rosary as well, and I know God speaks all languages.
I began making knotted twine rosaries for the Rosary Army apostolate, and I highly recommend supporting their mission. I have since expanded my knowledge of the rosary-making art to include traditional bead and wire. I have researched different rosaries and chaplets and what they each mean, and I work to create chaplets for Saints that are patrons of causes meaningful for our modern times. My commitment is to create art with a message of inspiration and the power of God’s love.
I generally work with semi-precious stones and wire, and my favorite stones are jaspers. They have an earthy quality and vary widely in texture, size, shape, and color. In addition to rosaries and chaplets, I enjoy creating jewelry, such as earrings and bracelets.
Married to my best friend, I live in Decatur, Alabama with my husband and our two spoiled dogs. My patron is Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, the first Native American to be beatified. Her U.S. feast day is July 14th.

If I were asked to sum up my creations in one short phrase, it would be, “Beauty through simplicity.” Sometimes, it is the simplest creation that speaks most strongly. I prefer to make traditional chained rosaries and chaplets, and I make my own eyepins from wire.
Because rosaries and chaplets are frequently carried in pockets and purses, durability is important. I often use base metal, which is also more affordable, as it doesn’t bend as easily as precious metal. For special orders, I use sterling silver wire and findings, such as for the rosary I made for my own wedding.
My jewelry creations are generally made using sterling silver or gold-filled components to accommodate those who have metal allergies. I also love to use copper, which is a beautiful alternative.
Please note: I do not have my handmade rosaries or chaplets blessed before shipping. Therefore, they are not considered sacramentals.
