Bio

I do this because I love to make things. I'm crazy about textiles and color and expressing oneself.
I guess you would say I am a bi-cultural designer. I was born in California, but I grew up in Yokohama, Japan. I think living there for so long influenced me strongly, making me aware of people and my environment, colors, little things that make life around you special.

My mother also influenced me in her designer-ly ways. She collected Japanese antiques and made them a part of our crazy home in Yokohama. I am the youngest of five children. My bedroom was the only Japanese style tatami and shoji screened room in the house. I spent many hours doing design projects in that room.

All purchases are shipped within 5 business days.

:domestic:
Cards are shipped first class for $1 within the United States. Each additional card is only .25. The price of shipping includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional and is available upon request ($1.65 for $0-50), but please note that I will not be able to provide a refund if your uninsured package gets lost. All items are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival.

At the moment I am not prepared to sell internationally. I need to do my homework. :-)
