Welcome to my shop !!!

I've always been intrigued with art and design, and my creative side found
an expression in designing jewelry, which has become my passion, my joy
and my life. I'm a self taught artist and I am devoted to creating
intricate, feminine and elegant pieces to celebrate a woman’s natural
beauty and make her shine.

I believe my Mother’s passion for jewelry was instilled in me at an early
age, she would say, "I'll never go out, even to the grocery store, without
putting on a piece of jewelry, I feel complete naked without it ".

I carefully handcraft each piece in my studio in lovely Miami Beach with
its alluring turquoise blue and green waters that inspire me. I use only
the highest quality lampwork beads, semi-precious and natural gemstones
and, wire and findings in sterling silver, 14K gold-filled and vermeil.
Each design is carefully thought out and I spend a great deal of time and
effort in constructing each one-of-a-kind piece.

For me, designing jewelry is like an addiction. I spend every waking
moment creating, racing against time. There is no beginning and no end,
the more I design the more ideas come to me. It is a constant flow, never
ending flow. I find inspiration anywhere and everywhere. I can only hope
to create all the many design ideas that come to me in this lifetime.

It is always such a pleasure for me to hear from customers telling me how
much they enjoy wearing my jewelry, because I truly love making each
piece.

14K GOLD FILL:
-----------------
We all know that gold is not inexpensive, and these days the spot price is going upwards of $650 an ounce. So I offer an economical alternative that keeps a solid layer of 14 karat gold in contact with your eyes and skin! 14 karat gold filled is the affordable solution. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of semi-precious metal(brass). It has far more gold than the few microns coating of gold in gold plate, a hundred or more times the amount of gold, actually. Under normal wear with reasonable care that you would give any precious metal jewelry, 14KGF jewelry will not peel, flake, or ware off and can be treasured as heirloom pieces. It is tarnish-resistant like solid 14 karat gold and is safe for most people with sensitive skin who can wear solid 14 karat gold jewelry. Caring for 14 Karat Gold Filled jewelry is as easy as caring for other precious metal jewelry, too. So all in all, 14K gold filled jewelry is a long lasting, economical way to enjoy the luster of gold without the big price tag.

Care for sterling silver
____________________________
The best way to clean in places that a polishing cloth will not reach is very simple and you probably already have what you need in your kitchen. Take a small bowl that will hold about a quart of water and line it with aluminum foil. Add hot water and a tablespoon of Tide washing powder (not liquid or with bleach) and stir. Place your jewelry in the solution for about 1 minute and rinse with clean water and air dry. This works great on Sterling Silver and it will not hurt any stones.Another way is using a simple household recipe of aluminium foil, baking soda and boiled water-instructions can be found on youtube.

Care of 14kt gold fill Jewelry
------------------------------
Care is easy. Just care for it as you would any other jewelry. It is quite durable. A simple inexpensive way to clean rolled gold jewelry (gold fill) is to be cleaned gently with mild soap and water, and then pat dry or
soak it for a minute or two in a mild solution of ammonia and water or a commercial liquid jewelry cleaner. Rinse the jewelry thoroughly with water afterwards and let dry.

I recommend storing your one-of-a-kind wire sculpture in it’s own jewelry bag or cotton lined box or a zip-lock plastic bag. This will cut down on tarnish and keep it from being scratched by other jewelry. Plus it reduces the chance of a wire being pulled by being connected to another piece of jewelry.

Remember this is NOT gold plate and in many cases is handed down from generation to generation. It is not unusual to find an old gold filled pendant that is nearly 75 years old!
