Shipping:

I ship USPS unless otherwise arranged with the buyer. Insurance or signature confirmation is available if requested (I will get a quote on the price and reinvoice you). Overseas shipping is available with insurance for an additional charge. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

I mail orders out only on Saturday.

Custom Orders:

I love to do custom orders as time allows. Please contact me with any ideas you have and I will give you a quote. Depending on the project and circumstances, I may require either full or partial payment up front. If the project is cancelled by you before completion, I will retain 50% of the price of the commission as compensation for my time and materials.


Payment:

I only accept Paypal at this time. Payment must be made or the sale cancelled within three days of purchase in accordance with Etsy rules. Failure to make payment in three days or respond to convos/email will result in the cancellation of the sale and negative feedback.

Returns and Exchanges:

Concerns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders, however cannot be returned.
