Laliwould is mostly a one woman show with her wonderful husband helping behind the scenes. She has always been creative and enjoys making things.

After living most of her life in the lush green of Vancouver (Canada), she never in her wildest dreams thought that she would fall in love with a handsome man from Texas.

Now married, she can currently be found missing the mountains and melting in the Houston heat with her husband and their silly curly tailed dog.

Payment

Payment is expected within 72 hours of purchase. Currently I am only accepting payments via PayPal.

US Domestic Shipping
--------------------
I ship all merchandise to US Domestic addresses via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation when available. Items will be shipped within 72 hours of payment clearing. I will send either a convo and/or an email once the item has been shipped, along with a tracking number (if available).

International Shipping
----------------------
I ship all merchandise to International Addresses via USPS AirMail with Delivery Confirmation. I can not be held responsible for customs fees, import duties, or other related taxes. Responsibility for these types of fees lay solely with the buyer.

Shipping Insurance & Alternate Shipping Methods

If you would like insurance added to your merchandise, or an alternate shipping method (such as UPS), please convo me and I will send you an adjusted Invoice. With available insurance, I can not be held responsible for lost or undelivered merchandise.

Returns
-------
I want all of my customers to be happy with my products, so I accept returns on all merchandise within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be for the price of merchandise only (Shipping costs are non-refundable).

Damaged Merchandise

If an item is damaged, please convo me immediately so we can rectify the issue in an amicable way for both of us – either via replacement or refund. Please note: I must be contacted within 2 business days of the date of delivery if an item is damaged.

Customs Orders

I would love to make something special just for you so if you like what you see but want a different colour combination, word, name or even initials, please don't hesitate to convo me so we can talk about it. Custom orders are subject to 50% non-refundable deposit and 50% upon completion of order.
