Policies:

Shipping~
Shipping for each item will be described in the item description and the price posted under "Shipping." If the artist recommends/offers insurance, this will also be stated in the description. Most items will be shipped within three days once payment has cleared the bank. Items that are customized/personalized and items that are not made until the order has been placed will state clearly in the description when they will be shipped once they've been purchased.

Returns~
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are unsatisfied with your item after it arrives, please convo the shop owner within 10 days. We offer a shop credit for the price of the item (this doesn't include shipping costs) for returned items.

Customized/personalized items cannot be returned. Please be sure to discuss the details of your items directly with the artist when having an item customized or personalized.

Insured items received damaged can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange (for an item of like value). Please convo the shop ASAP if you receive an item damaged.
