ITSY BITSY BUNNY designs and produces personalized boutique children's items. We pride ourselves in using the highest quality, softest materials. We enjoy working closely with our clients to create the custom item of their dreams and deliver meticulously crafted items. I am so blessed to be the mother of an adorable and active baby girl who turned one in May of 2008. I am a licensed CPA and I enjoy working for one of the largest, "big four", international accounting firms since graduating with my Masters of Accountancy in 2004. My accounting career and most importantly motherhood have helped me be both deadline and detail oriented. Qualities that are important when running a small business!

THREE WAYS TO SHOP AT ITSY BITSY BUNNY:
(1) PERSONALIZE ME---When you order a PERSONALIZE ME product, you will receive an item similar to the listing picture, which will be personalized with your child's name, initial, age and/or monogram. Most items in our store are listed this way including all of our burp cloths. Slight design alterations are available (i.e. I would prefer a fur boa instead of a feather boa; I would like hot pink thread instead of white thread...) We can also personalize our ready to ship designs.

(2) CUSTOM ORDER---Contact us at itsybitsybunny [!at] cox.net and we will begin working with you to create the customized item of your dreams. Send us a picture of your birthday girl's or boy's outfit, party decorations, party theme, nursery decor... and we will send you pictures of a wide array of the perfect materials to suit your request. We will work closely with you to design the perfect hat and/or bib and will set up a custom listing filled with a detailed description and pictures for you to purchase.

For PERSONALIZE ME and CUSTOM ORDERS, please allow two weeks from the date of payment before your order ships. If you need your item sooner, please contact us as we are almost always able to accept rush orders for no additional charge.

(3) READY TO SHIP---Need your order right away? Our ready to ship items are boxed and ready to ship! We will send your order priority mail within 24 hours. Although your order should arrive in two to three days, we will guarantee that it will arrive within one week from the date of payment or return the order for a full refund. Please understand that these items are ready to be shipped immediately and therefore, the designs cannot be altered.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

We can't wait for the little one in your life to receive the treasures you have selected! We ship ALL orders including our birthday hats in boxes via USPS Priority Mail. After receiving payment and your personalized instructions, all items will ship from our site within TWO WEEKS (with the exception of our ready to ship items, which ship within 24 hours). If you need your treasures sooner, please contact us as we will typically accomodate rush orders for no extra fee. You will be contacted with a confirmation number when your order has been shipped & is on its way to your door. We ship all items to the address listed on Etsy unless otherwise specified.

We understand that your purchase may be a treat for a friend or even a birthday gift that needs to arrive ASAP. Please let us know in this event so that we can do our part in ensuring that your gift arrives with a handwritten card on our fine Crane stationery in time for the party! Direct shipping a gift? We will send you a picture of your gift so you'll know exactly how it will look when your special someone receives their present.
