Bio

To some it may seem odd that an Instructor (professor) of American History (at a small Mid-western university) - with a husband and 3 children - designs and makes Parisien inspired jewelry. But acutally it makes perfect sense. My passion for history, travel, art, literature, music, photography, fantasy, and all things DIVA are the perfect milieu for my bracelets.

But how did I begin to make jewelry? It began quite innocently. I was looking for the perfect souvenir Parisien. I wanted something that I could wear anywhere/everywhere. I wanted something that made me feel beautiful and effortlessly chic. I wanted something that captured all of the romantica and beauty of Paris. I wanted something that was timeless yet an ode to a bygone era. I searched for years (in Paris, the States, and on the 'net) but to no avail. Finally, I decided to see if I could design and make my ultimate souvenir Parisien. After months of experimentation, trial & error the Temple Bracelet was born!
