Hi! My name is Wendy. I live in South Carolina and I am a polymer clay artist.Working with polymer clay is my favorite thing to do, as the name of my shop suggests, I am Clay Crazy. I mostly make canes, but I will also have handmade beads and pendants in the shop. Please check back often, I will always be adding new creations.

Accepted payment types: PayPal, Google checkout, and money orders. If Google checkout is preferred, please convo me with a request for an invoice.

Payment must be made within 2 days of purchase when using PayPal or Google Checkout and 1 week if sending money order. Please contact me if you need more time. Item will be relisted if not paid for, administration will be notified and appropriate feedback given.

Shipping Method:USPS First class $1.50 or priority mail $4.60. If priority mail is desired PLEASE request an invoice to reflect those additional charges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping charges.

All canes are wrapped in plastic wrap and shipped in plastic container or crush-proof box to prevent damage. All other items are packaged in a manner to prevent damage. I recycle shipping materials. If this is a problem, please let me know.

SHIPPING: Insurance is $1.30. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once the item is shipped! Please request invoice to reflect this charge if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.

I will be happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases within 2 days of each other.

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of PayPal,Google Checkout,and money order payment. Please allow one week for delivery. If delivery is delayed for any reason I will convo you.

If you have a problem with your purchase please contact me before leaving negative feedback.

Returns are accepted as shop credit and must be in the same condition as received.Buyer responsible for return postage.
