The Crochet Cabana Etsy shop is owned by Sandra Petit and Kaitlin Smith. Sandra is owner of the crochet web site, Crochet Cabana. She is a member of CGOA and a CYCA Certified Crochet Teacher. She has been crocheting for over 25 years.

Kaitlin is Sandra's daughter and has been crocheting for more than 14 years.

Please read the item descriptions carefully so you will be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Payment should be made within 3 days of purchase.

Payment for items damaged in transit will be refunded, with proof (photo) of damage. Item cannot be replaced as most are one of a kind, individually crafted.

If you have a problem with a pdf file, please contact me as soon as possible. Generally speaking, no refunds on pdf files - please make sure you have the appropriate program to read these files before ordering. I will work with you, however, to get the information you need.

For other merchandise, item may be returned for refund within 14 days if in new and unused condition. Shipping will not be refunded. Consumer is responsible for return shipping.

Item will be shipped as soon after payment is received as possible. If you used Paypal with a checking account, payment must clear before item will be sent. Insurance is not included in price. If you would like insurance added, please contact us for the adjusted fee.
