What can I say? I love jewelry! Making it, wearing it, designing it, etc. And I love unusual pieces; something that reflects the wearer's inner self, which is often far more complex than they let on. Hence the attempt I make to add at least something complex to even my simplest pieces - whether that is in the pattern of the wire or the stones themselves. I want a person not just to see themselves wearing my jewelry, but to see a bit of themselves reflected IN the jewelry. After all, isn't that why we wear it - as a way to express ourselves?

All of my jewelry is made of sterling or 14k gold filled wire* unless otherwise indicated. All beads are strung on 49 strand premium Accu-flex wire - and while I can't make them indestructible, I try! All stones are genuine as far as I am informed when I purchase them - and I always try to make sure I purchase only from a reputable wholesaler.

I also guarantee my work! *updated as of 1/29/2008* If for any reason you are unhappy with it, notify and return to me within 7 days of receipt and I will give a full refund minus shipping and handling - however, you must send them back to me INSURED and trackable as I send them to you! *when notifying me of the return please include the tracking information*

I will not be responsible for loss if you return it any other way or past the day specified! If you decide AFTER the 7 day period to return it, I will allow you to do so up to 2 weeks after reciept but for store credit only.

If you need the item repaired through a defect in a part or workmanship, I will repair it at my cost for the first 120 days. Any repairs afterwards require a separate quote as I make many different types of unique items. Usually the quote will involve either a $5.00 restringing fee, cost of a clasp, replacement cost of a stone, etc.

I am always more than willing to discuss a custom piece. The deposit is a firm, cash only, 50 percent and non-refundable. However, I will work with you every step of the way – showing you the design in progress, etc. and getting full final approval before the remainder of payment is due.

And yes! I do LAYAWAY!!!! 10 percent down – 15 percent due in two weeks, 25 percent each two weeks thereafter. If you must be late on a payment I will allow ONE EXTENSION ONLY for an additional 5.00 fee but you MUST call or contact me PRIOR to your due date. It must be understood that all payments made are non refundable if I am contacted after the due date, and should you decide to cancel the layaway PRIOR to the due date, the initial deposit is non refundable.


And YES - all shipping is done USPS FIRST CLASS trackable and insured when at all possible. Each piece is unique therefore impossible to replace. I may get close, but an exact duplicate is just not possible! International shipping is also done trackable and insured by whatever is the best method I can find for the country involved and where it is possible at all. I generally ship within one business day of purchase - but please give me up to three business days - life can be insane at times for us all!

You can always convo me for alternate shipping methods, possible customizing of a piece, etc. But if you customize a piece - a 50% non-refundable materials deposit will be required. Having experience with someone customizing something then not liking what they had done to it, well.... I'll leave it at that! :)

*Gold-filled wire: Also known as rolled gold, gold-filled wire is made by filling a gold tube with a base metal, usually brass. This wire is durable and although it is not 14k or 18k gold other than the tube, it will easily last a lifetime. Gold-filled is different from gold-plating, in that it easily has ten times the amount of gold in it usually 1/20th of the weight of the wire.
