ABOUT ME

I am a Work at Home Mum of 2 small children and live in little village in England. I'm obsessed with felt, buttons and ribbons, so to satisfy my need to shop for these items, I buy them in bulk and give you the opportunity to become obsessed too !!

SHOP INFO

All of my items are packaged in a smoke-free, pet-free home.

My items are not toys and are unsuitable for use by children under the age of 3 due to small parts etc .

Items purchased from my shop are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or copied in any way without my express permission.

UK BUYERS: all prices are in US$ - $2=£1 (approx!)
I will accept cheques (or cash at buyer's own risk) from UK BUYERS ONLY. Please select "other" and let me know how you want to pay via the "message to seller" during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: please select "Paypal" to pay via your Credit Card or Paypal account.


SHIPPING

I ship standard Airmail (or First Class Royal Mail for inland UK) and always obtain a certificate of posting. If you require a signed for or insured postal service, please mention this when you order and I will issue an additional invoice to cover the extra shipping costs.

I aim to ship within 3 working days. I will only ship once payment has been received (in the case of cheques, I will wait until the cheque has cleared) and I will email you to let you know that your item is in the post.


FEEDBACK

I really appreciate it when my buyers leave feedback for their purchases when they've receieved them. It's also great to know that an item has arrived safely & the buyer is a happy bunny !


MISSING ITEMS & RETURNS

If items are lost in the post, I will consider issuing a refund or replacement after a reasonable time period has passed (to allow for postal delays beyond my control). Sorry, but I do not accept returns.
