Bio

Growing up on the Connecticut shore with my grandmother, I knew my cousins and I were blessed in many ways. The house had just one open shared ceiling, we would fall asleep talking and eventually hearing each other breathing louder, a sign that the conversation was over and someone slipped off to dreamland to "dance with the prince" as my grandmother would say. We didn’t know much else about this dance or this prince and didn’t question it. All we knew was that dreamland contained this prince and he was whatever you wanted to make him.

I am now a new mom with a little prince of my own. My store is dedicated to the feelings that growing up at the shore brought to me: the importance of family, the beauty of sleep and the right to always dream.

These pieces are meant to bring these feelings to the children who claim them and the adults who gift them. Each item is lovingly and carefully constructed with vintage and new fabrics, bringing days gone by together with the present day. My hope is that one day they will help a child “dance with their own prince” whatever that means to them.
