Bill Pickles grew from a passion of baking and wanting the best for our four legged children. Lily, our Miniature Pinscher and Lola, our Scottie are horribly spoiled and we knew there had to be other people out there that want to spoil their children just as much as we do.

Just like your local bakery, all of our treats are baked fresh upon each order and are made from 100% human grade, all natural ingredients with no added preservatives, additives, sugar or salt. We use the best baking ingredients and only use ingredients that are safe for your four legged friends.

Smack dab in the exact center of New York, lies a small city where our human slaves away rolling, cutting and baking each treat to produce the yummiest cookies our bellies have ever tasted. The scents of cinnamon and ginger, peanut butter or cheddar cheese and garlic fill the kitchen and make our tummies rumble, as we wait (not so patiently) for them to come out of the oven. We, of course, are the taste testers and make sure each batch is up to our standards of yumminess. The buzz has started and all the dogs are talking about Bill Pickles dog cookies!

-What is the shelf life of your dog treats and how should they be stored?

All of our treats are baked fresh upon your order to give you the highest quality treats and the longest possible shelf life. For storage, you can keep the treats in the packaging they came in or you can keep them in a doggie cookie jar. Shelf life for our treats is 6-8 weeks (can be even longer if stored properly), but you can always freeze them to extend their life expectancy. (Though we can guarantee they won't last that long!)

-Are the ingredients used in your treats safe for dogs?

Our treats are baked fresh using human grade quality ingredients. There are never any added preservatives, additives, sugars or salts. Our dipped treats are made using carob and yogurt, both of which are safe for your pooch. Chocolate is never used. If you’d like specific ingredients they are listed in the description of each treat.

-After placing my order, how long does it take to process my order and ship?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday. Holiday orders may take longer so please allow extra time for delivery. We currently ship USPS and will email you a tracking number for your package the day it ships.

-I love your collars but my dog doesn't fit in the size ranges, can you make special sizes?

Yes we can! Special orders are welcome. Please send us an email with the details of what size you need. Also the buckles, because they are nickel plated, tend to be heavy and are not recommended for miniature or toy breeds. We can make collars with plastic hardware in those cases.

-What if my order arrives damaged or I am unsatisfied with my products?

We stand behind all of our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately after receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) or replacement instructions.

-Is there sales tax on your items?

Unfortunately, if you live in the state of New York I have to collect sales tax of 8% on your order. It will be calculated after checkout. I'm sorry!

-How did you decide on a charity to send my 5% to?

Each month, 5% of total sales will be donated to the North Shore Animal League. They are the World’s largest no-kill animal shelter. We believe all pets deserve the chance to be spoiled and treated with the utmost respect. By donating a portion of our proceeds we hope to help as many pets that we possibly can.
