My name is Lizzi, and I've been turning my hand to every craft I can learn since I was four. Over the years, it's settled down to knitting, drawing, and all sorts of beadwork, though I still bust out crochet every so often.

I've been driven all my life to create beautiful things, but there's only so much that one person needs for herself, so here I am to share what I think is fun, funky, and appealing.

Payment - I accept PayPal. I expect full payment within three days of placing an order, or the item(s) will be cancelled and relisted.

Shipping - Prices quoted are for 3-5 business day shipping; I will rush an order if you ask, but there will be an extra charge, so please contact me first. International buyers, please contact me for a quote; I will charge exact shipping once I determine what the cost will be. I ship USPS, and only after I receive full payment.

In case of returned shipments, if the mistake is on my part (misspelling on the shipping label, for example) I will resend the item on my own dime. If the error is on the buyer's part (providing me with the incorrect address, for example) I will charge the buyer exact shipping to resend the item.

Custom Orders - I welcome the challenge. If you see something in my sold history that you like, I can do my best to reproduce it for you; if you like my style but don't see anything in my current inventory that grabs you, we can discuss creating something new.

For complicated or large custom orders, I may ask for a non-refundable deposit. On the other hand, if you're asking for a single pendant, I probably won't.

If you choose to cancel your custom order in the planning stages, no harm done. If you cancel once we've come to an agreement and I begin work, I will not refund any deposit made on the order, and I reserve the right to leave negative feedback.

Once the item is completed, it will be listed as "reserved for (yourusernamehere)" and I will notify you. I expect, barring arrangments made beforehand, that the item will be purchased ASAP after listing.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds - If an item is received damaged and cannot be replaced (many of my items are OOAK), I will offer a refund or exchange for a comparable item. At this time, I do not accept returns, so please buy wisely.

Feedback - I will leave feedback on a transaction once I have received it from the buyer. I reserve the right to leave negative feedback for non-payment and cancellation of custom orders.
