My artistic vision comes from my own creative realm, which is a world steeped in my personal perceptions and ideas. Here, there are ordinary, everyday creatures that are so enshrouded in my personal symbolism that a viewer might not recognize them at all. While there is always a story behind my work, I am careful to avoid telling that story too plainly. As the artist, interpretation is not mine to dictate. It’s up to the individual viewer to see and envision his or her own reality in my work.
