ABOUT DESIGNS BY SUZZE
I love making jewelry for myself, my friends and family. I became interested in selling my jewelry when I found I had too much to wear myself ( I have a HUGE personal inventory ;-) ) or give as gifts.

I handcraft all the pieces and also do custom work, especially name bracelets, Mother, Nana, Mimi, or Grandma with children's or grandchildren's birthstone in Swarovski Crystals. Sister bracelets are also available. Email me to discuss your design and I will work with you to create something beautiful that will be a prized possession. I will include a matching pair of earrings with each custom design.

My jewelry is made with attention to detail. All pieces are strung on the best flexible jewelry crafting wire. I also use wire guardians on all pieces to protect the wire from wear. I use only 92.5% Sterling Silver or 95-99% Karen Hill Tribe Silver unless otherwise noted. I have recently added 14k gold filled and 24k vermeil findings, as well as antique brass and some copper. I fully guarantee all my work to withstand normal wear and last a lifetime. If you prefer a different earring hook style, please convo me or mention it in message to seller. There will be an additional $2 charge for lever backs.

SIZING
Most of my designs can be adjusted in size with no alteration in pattern. I will make every effort to adjust the size of a piece to fit. However, some designs just can't be altered or the pattern would lose it's beauty. I hope you understand if I cannot change the size.

RETURNS
I will accept returns if you notify me within 3 days of receipt of your item and return the item to me in original condition within 7 days for a refund or store credit. If item is damaged, the cost to repair will be deducted from your refund. In the case of earrings, a $2 fee is charged to replace the earwires for resale.

PAYMENT
I will accept personal checks as well as money orders and PayPal. If paying by personal check, your jewelry will be mailed when your check clears my bank. If paying by paypal or money order, your item will ship via USPS first class mail or UPS ground on the next business day after receipt of payment. Convo/email me if you need your item sooner.

SHIPPING
If your Etsy address and Paypal address don't match, I will ship to the Etsy address only if you specify it is a gift. Please let me know in message to seller if it is a gift and I will gladly ship to your preference and even include a gift card. All jewelry is sent in a cotton lined gift box.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS
You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. Thank you!
