I am a stay at home mom of 2 school aged children and spend a lot of time crafting and working with different art media. I like to experiment with all different elements and add new favorites to my list everyday. Some of my favorite art elements are paper and wire crafting, beading, polymer clay crafts, scrapbooking, woodworking, painting, embellishing and graphic design.

Every item is made with tender loving care, comes from a smoke free home and comes with a 100% guarantee. Garner Creations is open to special requests and Made to Order requests, so if you see a design you want to personalize please contact me.

PAYMENTS:

Payment is expected within 5 days of the closed sale. If payment is not received by the end of the 5th day I will re-list the item. Preferred method of payment is Paypal.

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are included in each listing. Pre-designed items are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. Special requests and Made to Order items usually ship within 7-10 days of receipt of payment. Priority Shipping and insurance is available upon request. If you are interested in these services please let me know. I will also ship outside of the US please contact me for a quote.

*** If your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses do not match this will delay shipping and I will contact you to verify the correct shipping address. Please verify that the correct address is on both Etsy and Paypal.

RETURNS:

**PRE-DESIGNED and HANDMADE CRAFTS: If you are not satisfied for any reason returns are accepted and I will give a full refund (minus shipping and listing fees) within 7 days of completed transaction. A refund will only be issued to the buyer when I receive the item and it is inspected. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

**CUSTOM and MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: These items are not returnable. I make every effort to verify and make sure that the item is made to the specifications of the buyer. For custom paper products I always send a proof before printing.
