CUSTOM ORDERS -

All items are hand-made, will vary uniquely from piece to piece and are therefore one-of-a-kind. If I decide to customize an item's size, I will designate this information in the item's description. Some of my items are one-off pieces and as such they cannot be customized; however, I am open to requests. If you see a stone you like and a clear (and not impossible!) description of what you want, I will try to work with you if I still have more of the material on hand.


SHIPPING -

I ship items within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing through PayPal or receipt of money order, with the exception of custom orders, which can take up to two weeks.

THE SHIPPING RATE FOR LISTINGS INCLUDES (unless stated otherwise in the item description):

~ UNITED STATES - Domestic First Class Mail plus Insurance - 1-3 days. Please convo me before purchasing for a separate listing with Priority or Express mail rates.

~ INTERNATIONAL - First Class Mail - delivery time varies.
I do want my international customers to feel safe that they will receive their purchase, however insurance on international packages may only be purchased through Priority Mail. Please convo me before purchasing if you wish package to be shipped using International Priority Mail plus Insurance (6-10 day delivery) or Express Mail (3-5 days, insured). I will respond with a current postage rate and create a separate listing for your purchase once you approve it.
