Welcome to Love Your Mutt.

I am the dog momma, and designer of LYM. I design chic, vintage-inspired, hand-crafted accessories for the special dog in your life.

I love sewing, collecting fabric, and creating. In my spare time, you will always find me in my sewing room.

Love Your Mutt was created when I found "Lucky", a little 5 week old runt lab/mix that was on his way to the pound. I picked him up and he snuggled into my arms, and we both found our own versions of heaven.

I was on the lookout for groovy dog collars, but I could never find exactly what I wanted, so I decided to make a few... they turned out really great....then I did a few shows....they went really well...and now I am in a few small boutiques in Austin, Texas.

We love living in Austin. It is a super-duper dog friendly city.
We also have a new member in our pack, "Peanut" a minature silver dapple dauchsund, that was a rescue from craigslist.
Our life is pretty good here in Austin. We go to the dog park, attend yappy hour, and support local dog rescues and events.
