Returns.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason I will refund you minus any postage fees if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt,the returned items should arrive in the condition which you received them and enclude any packaging.
If you want to return an item and 14 days have already past I am happy to exchange items or give credit for upto 30 days.
**Please note as a matter of hygeine I cannot accept returns on earrings so please be sure before you purchase them.**
The cost of returning unwanted goods must be paid by you the customer and will not be reinbursed.

If an item is faulty then you must notify me by e-mail within five days and I will advise you from there.
