Bio

My name is Petronella Luiting and my shop is called Petronella Fashion. I am from Holland and live at the moment with my husband and a little dog in the North German countryside. I lived in a few other European countries and built up a colourful array of contacts worldwide, intensively maintained via Internet.

Although it is not my profession, I have always been sewing and crafting. I am inspired by ancient traditional folk costumes from all over the world, fabrics and buttons. I design and revamp everything into modern accessories and fashion. There is much to see in my shop, everything is handmade, unique and colourful !

The garments are designed and made by me for a modern free thinking woman who wants comfortable and funky clothing, not for fashion victims. You can layer the garments on top of each other to get another look, and they can be layered over other clothing like plain dresses, leggings, trousers and skirts. Because of the layering character of the garments they are very suitable for plus size women too who will look stunning in clothes which make a statement.

If you see something you like but it's not exactly your colour, fabric or size, please convo me and I see what I can do; there are plenty of fabrics and ideas in store !
