Hi!

I love Etsy! What an amazing place with great stuff and cool people. I just began a year ago and it feels like a second home.

My first home is San Francisco, where I do a lot of painting, sculpting and costume designing. All of these led me to discover felting a few years ago and I am in love! Not only does it have incredible shape and form, but the colors are exquisite and full of surprise! It also had that great "art that jumps off the wall and you get to wear around town and everyone oohs and ahhs and says: what's that?!?!" je ne sais quoi-quality.

It really combines all the things I did before (and still do) in one exciting, unpredictable package.

I hope you like the Roses! This design was a finalist for the Niche awards in 2007 for Clothing (and if I'd submitted a better photo, I'm sure it would have taken home the gold!). I make other sorts of artwear scarves & shawls, images of which you can find here:
