I am fairly new to Etsy and absolutely love the whole modern craft thing that's kicking off. I am influenced by Japanese crafts, particularly amigurumi, and anything I can make from felt.

Policies:

Shipping:
I will mail your item to you within 2-3 days of placing an order. Should there be any problem with me doing so, I will contact you to inform you of this.
I am based in the US and use USPS for within the US. International shipping takes approximately one week to Europe , and slightly longer for the rest of the world. However, your package may occasionally be held in customs for up to one month. If your package has not arrived, please let me know.
Customs are the responsibility of the buyer. I will always state the package contents and value on the customs form.

Refunds and Returns:
I am unfortunately not able to offer returns on goods unless they have been damaged in transit. All my goods are mailed in bubble mailers with additional bubble wrap on my badges to protect them. If something has been damaged in transit, please contact me, and I will provide a replacement/refund once I have received the damaged item back.

Allergies:
My goods are made in a smoke-free environment. I do keep my dog out of my crafting area, but if you are allergic to dogs, please be aware of this. My felt is wool-mix, and the brooch pins I use are nickel-plated.
