I needed something in my life. I've always been somewhat creative. I do a lot of writing, some crochet, a little scrapbooking. But then I discovered jewelry and it went a little something like this...

...hum, beads. Lotsa beads. Hum, crystals. Lotsa crystals. Hum, gemstones. Some gemstones. I’m not making the big bucks so instead of buying my favorite jewelry—I’ll just make my own. Then I went crazy!

Swarovski, gem faires, bead shops, wire, tools, craft shows, beading magazines, Labradorite, silver findings, fashion trends, classes, copper, displays, pearls, gold, insomnia, bleeding fingers, eye glasses…OH MY!

Then one day my husband said, ‘What are you going to do with all this crap? I want our dining room back!”

Easy. I’ll give it to friends and family.

That was cool for a minute. Then I realized, maybe they won’t mind paying for it ☺. Wah-lah. Double J Jewelry is born.

Me. What I like. What I would buy. My surroundings. My inspirations. And all in good fun.

So if you know my jewelry, you know me. My collections are inspired by my favorite songs, artists, movies, books, colors, TV shows, hikes, travels, food, friends, animals and so much more.

And as my interests change, I am confident my jewelry will too. So I hope you enjoy sharing my journey. I hope my jewelry makes you feel happy, silly, sexy, daring, and bold.

Each piece is personally designed, custom crafted, and made with immaculate attention to detail.

Several Double J Jewelry pieces are constructed by wrapping fine-gauge wire, beads and/or stones into various sculptural formations. This is a time-consuming process that lends an intricate, exotic and unique look to the jewelry. Enjoy!
