Welcome to the world of giftideaworks, a crafty duet of mother and daughter converged to bring joy into the lives of others through handmade gifts. As Etsy enthusiasts and human beings, we all know how delightful it is to both give and receive something handmade. My lovely ma and I have been working to keep this ritual alive for generations; creating special gifts for friends and family throughout every season. One evening we decided to team up and make our dream a reality, accessible to as many people as we can through a handmade seller site with parallel values, your friend and mine, Etsy.com. Every day since has been a great adventure, working first with handmade soaps to enhance the bath experience using only natural, skin-loving ingredients, then learning how to make sumptuous lip balms and soothing bath salts.

All handmade products you see on our page have a gift-set counterpart, set into baskets, buckets, boxes, you name it, all wrapped up and ready for the giving with complementing personalization cards, so convo us with a TO & FROM and a short message so we can complete your gift with style! Not sure what to say? We’ll send you a blank version of the card so you can fill it in by hand when you receive your order.

Shipping Methods:

All orders placed will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Packages will be sent via USPS, shipped with delivery confirmation and can be tracked at www.usps.com. We package all our gifts with loving care, even enclosing a few free samples with every order. Rest assured you’ll enjoy receiving these packages in the mail as much as we love sending them!

Due to the personal nature of our currently available items, returns of soaps and other personal care products will not be accepted, but if you are not satisfied with any non-personal care items we'll be offering in 2008, you can make an exchange within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping to be paid by the customer. Please contact us before making a return so we may assist you in the best way possible.
